Man Accused Of Killing Cohabitant

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Police are searching for a man who they say stabbed and killed his cohabitant.On Saturday, officers of the Bakersfield Police Department responded to a domestic violence dispute in the 3700 block of K Street.Officers said they found Arthur Arnold, 45, who was suffering from a stab wound to the chest.
Arnold told officers that he was was stabbed by his cohabitant, 26-year-old Jacob Josh Davis.Related
Man Accused Of Killing Roommate Arrested ABC23 contacted the BPD, and Sgt. Mary DeGeare confirmed that the man in the attached photo is in fact Davis.Davis is described as white, 6 feet tall and weighing 135 pounds. He has long brown hair, hazel eyes and a pockmarked face.Police said Davis fled the scene prior to the officers' arrival.Arnold was transported to Kern Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injury Tuesday.Anyone with information regarding this incident, or Davis’ location, is requested to contact the Bakersfield Police Department at 661-327-7111.
