Elementary School Goes On Lockdown

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Garza Elementary was on lockdown briefly Tuesday morning as Bakersfield police officers executed a search warrant for financial crimes at a nearby home.The school is back open and no children were harmed during the process.Police said the lockdown was a precautionary measure taken while officers investigated the home nearby.
