23ABC Fall Primetime Preview: Returning shows coming back to your screen this fall

The cliffhangers will finally be resolved!

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Tonight continues start of the fall primetime season with the premiere of  The Neighbors, Last Man Standing and Shark Tank. Those are only a  few of many returning shows coming back on air on ABC.

Be sure to tune into 23ABC to catch all of these shows as well as all of the brand new shows and don't miss one minute of the fun.

 

SUNDAY:

Once Upon A Time, 8:00-9:00pm (premieres Sept 29 with a two-hour premiere starting at 7:00pm)

The fantasy show which unites fairy tale characters of all types in two separate worlds returns for its third season.

Revenge, 9:00-10:00pm (premieres Sept. 29)

Emily Thorne renews her vigor for vengeance against the family who unjustly framed her father as a terrorist in the third season of this soapy drama in the Hamptons.

MONDAY:

Dancing With the Stars, 8:00-10:00pm (premiered last Monday Sept. 16)

The dancing competition returns for its 17th season with a new one-night format and contestants ranging from Bill Nye the Science Guy to Snooki.

Castle, 10:00-11:00pm (premieres Sept. 23)

What was Kate's answer to Castle's proposal? Will she take the job in D.C.? All of your cliffhanger questions should be answered when Castle comes back for its sixth season.

TUESDAY:

All brand new programming.

WEDNESDAY:

The Middle, 8:00-8:30pm (premieres Sept. 25)

The kids of the Heck family are growing up and headed to middle school, high school and even college in season 5 of this loveable family comedy.

Modern Family, 9:00-9:30pm (premieres Sept, 25 with a one-hour premiere from 9:00-10:00pm)

The acclaimed comedy returns for a fifth season and it looks to be the right time for a wedding for Mitch and Cam after the Supreme Court decision now could allow for their fictitious marriage.

Nashville, 10:00-11:00pm (premieres Sept. 25)

There's only more drama in store for the two country divas in the second season of the smash show that earned its star Connie Britton an Emmy nom for her role.

THURSDAY:

Grey's Anatomy, 9:00-10:00pm (premieres Sept. 26)

This medical drama seems to be on the brink of one of the most tumultuous seasons as it returns for its tenth season on air.

Scandal, 10:00-11:00pm (premieres Oct. 3)

Expect more twists and turns in the third season of the hit drama that follows Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) as the leader of her crisis management team who has to fix problems in the world, as well as in her own life.

FRIDAY:

Last Man Standing, 8:00-8:30pm (premieres Sept. 20)

The third season of Tim Allen's family comedy returns with special guests, the guys from Duck Dynasty.

The Neighbors, 8:30-9:00pm (premieres Sept. 20)

The second season of the strangest comedy on television comes back for more antics with aliens in suburbia.

Shark Tank, 9:00-10:00pm (premieres Sept. 20)

New sharks, new products, new ideas and some of the biggest deals the sharks have ever made. Season 5 of this show is promising to be a real catch.

SATURDAY:

College Football, 12:30-4:00pm and 5:00-8:30pm
