Pop star JUSTIN BIEBER had a run-in with the law on Tuesday (13Nov12) when his car was pulled over by cops in Los Angeles.

The Boyfriend hitmaker was driving his white Ferrari through the city when he was stopped by a deputy for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

According to TMZ.com, Bieber was handed a ticket but it is unclear why he received the citation.

The singer shared the experience with fans by taking a photo of the cop car in his rear-view mirror and posting the photo on Instagram.

The traffic stop is the latest blow to the teen sensation this month (Nov12) after he reportedly split from his singer girlfriend Selena Gomez.
