BOCA RATON, Fla. -- A Boca Raton mom on her way to the hospital to deliver her fifth child instead gave birth to a baby boy in the front seat of the family's pickup truck, WPBF-TV in Palm Beach Gardens reported.Matthew Gallo, weighing 4 pounds and 13 ounces, was resting comfortably Monday at a local hospital. But his entrance to the world Saturday night was anything but normal."All I could think of is just, 'OK, bear down and push,' and that one push I made, he just popped out," Debbie Gallo said.
"The water broke and she said, 'He's coming out,' and I said, 'No he's not,' and I turned the light on and there he was," Tom Gallo said.Debbie Gallo said she "just held on to the steering wheel and the handle and pushed him out, and he was there on the seat, just laying there on my leg."The family said the trip to the hospital is one they will never forget.
