How much sugar is in your drink?

The World Health Organization recommends consuming no more than 10% of daily calories as sugar.

If you eat 2,000 calories a day, only 200 calories or 50 grams should be from sugar.That equates to 12 teaspoons.

The American Heart Association’s tougher recommendation is 100 calories (6 teaspoons) for women and 150 calories (9 teaspoons) for men.
