The Lean Cuisine company is voluntarily recalling half a million boxes of frozen after three consumers said they found fragments of glass in their food.
The product being recalled is their lean cuisine culinary collection mushroom mezzaluna ravioli.
The recall covers packages produced in early November and distributed nationwide.
The packages in question have a best before date of Dec. 2013.
