The 9 minute workout that's helping people drop weight


Transformation specialist and host of ABC’s Extreme Make-Over: Weight Loss Edition stops by Good Morning America to talk about his new book, “Choose More, Lose More for Life.”

Chris Powell also talks about the ultimate exercise, the burpie.

“Every muscle in the body is moving at once with the burpie.  You will get a great, full workout,” he said.

Powell’s new book includes different kinds of exercises, 20 workouts and combine them with other movements.
