Fire Official: Bear Fire Determined Arson

KEENE, Calif. -- A fire that has burned and destroyed more than 230 acres has been ruled arson.Fire officials said on Tuesday morning that 6 grassfires broke out along Caliente-Bodfish and Bena Roads.Crews discovered incendiary devices located near all the fires.
