Man Dragged By Car After Argument, Teen Arrested

ROSAMOND, Calif. -- A teen has been arrested after deputies said he got into an arguement and dragged another man with his car.Around 7 p.m. Sunday, deputies from the Rosamond Substation responded to the 2200 block of Westpark Drive to reports of a man being dragged by a vehicle.When deputies arrived, they said they found a man suffering from a possible broken arm, along with cuts and bruises.
The man said he saw a suspicious person, now identified as Devin Greenamyer, 19, sitting in a vehicle in front of his residence.The man told deputies that he started talking with Greenamyer and they began to argue.During the argument, the man told deputies that he reached into the vehicle and grabbed Greenamyer.Greenamyer then sped off, trapping the man's arm in the vehicle, causing him to be dragged, deputies said.The man was dragged 50 yards before his arm was freed, deputies said.Greenamyer was arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.The man was transported to Antelope Valley Hospital for treatment.
