If that doesn't work, then:
- Select "Tools" menu at the top of the screen.
- Select "Internet Options."
- Click the "General" tab.
- In the "Home page" area, type www.TurnTo23.com into the "Address" box.
- Click "OK."

- Go to the front page of TurnTo23.com.
- Select "View" menu at the top of the screen.
- Select "Options."
- Click the "Start and Search Pages" tab.
- In the "Change address" area, click the "Use Current" button.
- Click "Apply" at the bottom of the menu.
- Click "OK."

- In the area under "Navigator starts with," make sure "Home page" is selected.
- In the area under "Home page," in the box labelled "Location," type www.TurnTo23.com
- Click "OK."

- Select "Options."
