    BAKERSFIELD, Calif -- You may remember Jon Peter Lewis from 2004's "American Idol" competition.

    The charismatic singer and former Taft resident placed eighth that season.

    This year, he's back in Kern County with some new tunes for the holiday season.

    He stopped in to our studios Wednesday morning to talk about his upcoming concert, Rockin' Holidays.
