BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- FBI agents raided several Crisp & Cole locations Wednesday searching for documents, including the home of David Crisp.

Crisp & Cole is accused of misleading lenders on more than $12 million worth of loans, along with several other accusations.

As part of the investigation, there are a total of 13 federal search warrants for homes and businesses in the Bakersfield area.

Several departments are involved in the investigation that is headed by the FBI, including the Bakersfield police department and the Kern County sheriff's department.

There are no federal arrest warrants at this time.
