Lead Discovered In Cub Scout Badges

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- The Kern County Health Department has recalled the Boy Scouts’ Cub Scout Totem badges.

The badges were imported from China and were found to contain high amounts of lead.

The Boy Scout emblem is printed on the badge along with a wolf and bear.

The phrase, "Progress toward ranks" is also printed on the badge.
