Halloween Safety Tips

ABC23 has a few tips to help keep your kids safe while trick or treating, which starts at dusk Wednesday night and usually ends around 8 p.m.

HALLOWEEN SAFETY TIPS:

If kids are wearing masks, make sure they can get out of it.

Costumes should be flame retardant.

Ticker or treaters should carry flashlights.

Never let your children trick or treat alone.

And always check candy before kids eat it.
