BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- The home of troubled real estate agent David Crisp was not sold at auction Friday as scheduled.

The auction was postponed until Dec. 3, due to a decision by the lender.

Crisp's house went into foreclosure after he failed to make payments.

He owes $1.8 million on the home.

In September the FBI, IRS and other agencies searched 13 homes and businesses affiliated with David Crisp and Carl Cole.
