Bakersfield police arrested a man who was exposing himself to shoppers on Black Friday.

Investigators said 19-year old Cordell Cooper of Bakersfield was driving his red Nissan Maxima around the Northwest Promenade Friday afternoon and exposed himself to people in three locations.

Two of the incidents occured off Coffee Road with the third happening in front of the Kohl's department store on Rosedale Highway.

Police said Cooper would pull up next to someone and start a conversation, then expose himself.

One victim told police that Cooper was completely naked in his car.

Cooper was arrested on three counts of indecent exposure and one count of annoying a child since one of the victims was under 18.
