This New Year's holiday, the federal government anticipates drunk driving will lead to 180 deaths.

For the 11th year, the California Highway Patrol and Bud Light, along with American and Yellow Cabs, will have two dozen cabs running people home in Bakersfield city limits for free.

Due to the popularity in 2006 more cabs were lined up in 2007.
