Teacher Was Arrested For Alleged Sexual Conduct With Minor

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Marshall David Neal, 33, a Garces Memorial High Teacher who was arrested in December 2007 for what police said was sexual conduct with a minor, has been charged with two felony counts of oral copulation with a minor.Neal has been let out of jail on a $100,000 bond.
A Jan. 17 arraignment has been scheduled.
