David Crisp, Carl Cole and several of their former employees will face a judge for allegedly taking lenders on a wild ride.

The former real estate firm is accused of misleading lenders in order to get more than $12 million worth of loans.

Crisp, Cole, and three others have been ordered to appear in front of an administrative judge in Bakersfield on July 28.

That hearing could last up to three weeks.

Officials have not decided when or where to hold the trial.

All five could be stripped of their real estate licenses if the state proves its case against them.
