Attorneys for a quadriplegic man who police said killed a woman in a high-speed crash wants to revoke his plea.

A judge continued 25-year-old Danny Espinoza's sentencing today after defense attorneys requested to withdraw Espinoza's plea.

Espinoza pleaded no contest to felony vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence for killing 69-year-old Dorothy Anne Walter in a car crash.

Witnesses said he was street racing with another car in March 2006.

Espinoza was paralyzed from the neck down in the crash.

The prosecutor is not pleased and said he feels the court took a competent plea from him.

According to Bakersfield.com, the prosecution is asking for a four-year sentence.

The next court date for sentencing has been set for June 5.
