BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- The Kern County Coroner's Office said more tests are needed to determine whether a man who collapsed at an oil rig died because of record May temperatures.The coroner said the autopsy performed on 27-year-old Julius Askew on Monday is pending further investigation and toxicology testing.The coroner's office said Askew fell unconscious while working on an oil rig at Cymric Oil Lease near McKittrick.
