Two Juveniles Charged With Arson

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Two juveniles were charged with arson after a fire in central Bakersfield on Tuesday.The juveniles were able to get control of the fire in about 15 minutes, but it caused about $50,000 worth of damage.
One of the teens is 13 years old. They are charged with arson of a structure and conspiracy.
