Second Trial In Rockin' Rodeo Death Begins

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- The second trial began on Monday for a man who is accused of a deadly shooting at Rockin' Rodeo.John Bryant is accused of shooting Meko Seward to death in front of the nightclub in 2005.He was found guilty in 2007, but a mistrial was declared because of a timeline inconsistency by the prosecutor about when he spoke with police before his arrest.
Another man, Anthony Taylor was sentenced to life in prison for the shooting.Prosecutor said the shooting was gang related.
