Bear Found In Home's Back Yard

ROSAMOND, Calif. -- A home in Rosamond was visited by a black bear Thursday.The bear was found in a tree in the back yard of the residence.Sheriff deputies went to the residence and secured the area.
Animal control and the Department of Fish and Game tried to trap the bear, but after eight hours the bear bolted from the tree and ran back into the wild, officials said.
