BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Barbra and JL Bilyeu are our very first Island BBQ Giveaway winners!Barbra said she's excited that Rusty will be coming to her home to do the weather for the ABC23 5 and 6 p.m. newscasts.Rusty was her mother’s favorite weather guy when she was alive, and Barbra fondly remembers watching Rusty back when his hair wasn’t all white.
