BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- A local businessman embarks on a special journey traveling 14,000 feet up a mountain with a guitar.Rockwell, the owner of Trout’s Night Club, decided to help make a change in the community so he grabbed a guitar and packaged it with numerous autographs of local legends, politians and law enforcement and took it for a hike up to Mount Whitney.His plan is to inspire people to do more with their lives. He said he made something out of nothing.
