BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- On Tuesday, deputies on patrol in Metropolitan Bakersfield received information the occupants of 2505 Holladay Ave. were possibly involved in the sales of narcotics.Deputies with the Kern County Sheriff's Department obtained a search warrant and executed the search warrant where they said they found two juvenile males inside the residence.Both boys were under the influence of marijuana, the KCSD reported.
Deputies said that the two juveniles were responsible for three other juveniles between the ages of 2 to 4 years old.Deputies said they seized six mature and immature marijuana plants valued at $24,000, less than one ounce of processed marijuana and a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun.Domingo Juarez, 47, was arrested on charges of cultivation of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of minors.Juarez was booked into the jail. The two boys were arrested on suspicion of cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana.The two juveniles were booked into Juvenile Hall.The three young children were taken into protective custody.
