Survey: Bakersfield Has Cheapest Gas In State
Gas Prices Nationwide Down About 5 Cents From 3 Weeks Ago

CAMARILLO, Calif. -- The cheapest gas in the state is in Bakersfield, where the average is $3.08 a gallon.San Francisco motorists are paying an average $3.17 a gallon for gas, the highest in the state.Still, pump prices nationwide are falling. The Lundberg Survey shows the national average price is $2.59 a gallon, down about a nickel from three weeks ago.
The California average is $3.12.
