TEHACHAPI, Calif. -- Voters in Tehachapi headed to the polls Tuesday night to decide a multi-million dollar bond measure for a new hospital in the area. Measure A passed with all of 19 precincts reporting as of early Wednesday morning.Measure A passed with all of 19 precincts reporting as of early Wednesday morning.The bond needed a two thirds majority to pass and received 69.76 percent of votes saying yes.
