BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- One person is dead and two others were seriously injured in a head-on crash early Thursday morning on the Famoso-Porterville highway.The California Highway Patrol said the crash happened around 5:45 a.m., when two trucks crashed head-on.CHP said that Alejandro Valencia Magana, 29 of Porterville, was an unrestrained passenger and was ejected from one of the vehicles. The two others were seriously injured, the CHP reported.
