BAKERSFIELD, Cailf. -- Organizers of the Bakersfield Business Conference announced Sunday that Olympian Cathy Rigby, award-winning journalist Cal Thomas, and Democratic political strategist Donna Brazile will address the Business Conference on Oct. 9, 2010.

The nationally-renowned platform speaking event is releasing the names of speakers and entertainers scheduled to attend the October 9, 2010 event on a weekly basis.

Last week, Conference organizers announced that Karl Rove, Bob Beckel, and Eleanor Clift will all address the Conference for the first time.

Other speakers confirmed to appear in 2010 include former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney and legendary entertainer Ronnie Milsap, 2008 Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, academy-award winning actress Goldie-Hawn, former Vice President Dick Cheney, former Second Lady Lynne Cheney, former First Lady Laura Bush, and impressionist Rich Little. Conference organizers will continue to announce the names of speakers confirmed to address the 2010 Conference in weeks to come.
