BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- The CHP said that traffic on Interstate-5 over the grapevine is now fully open in both directions, according to the California Highway Patrol.Highway-58 is also open, according to CalTrans.Here you will find the most up to date traffic, weather and road closure information provided by the California Highway Patrol.
