Update: Bomb Threat Called In To Memorial Hospital

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Memorial Hospital located at 420 34th Street Bakersfield, CA 93301 was on lockdown in regards to a possible bomb threat early Thursday morning.Around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, an official at the hospital said they received a call that there was a bomb in the hospital.The hospital went on lockdown and the Bakersfield Police Department searched the hospital.
After an hour of searching, the BPD and hospital security were unable to find anything.No one in the hospital was evacuated during the search.
