DMV Unveils New iPhone App

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- iPhone users will now have DMV information and services at their fingertips with a new DMV iPhone application called “DMV Now.”The California Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) created an application that will allow iPhone owners the ability to find a local office with the actual wait time and provide turn by turn directions based on the GPS location of the iPhone, take sample written driving tests, access a large library of DMV driver education videos and access other important DMV alerts.DMVNow iPhone application is free to iPhone customers and is available at the Apple applications store.
