Buck's 75th Birthday Bash
A Star Studded Gathering To Celebrate
BAKERSFIELD -- The stars gathered in Central Bakersfield Tuesday, for a good old fashioned country birthday.
Buck Owen's officially turns 75 years old on Thursday, but stars like Dwight Yokum and Brad Paisley helped him celebrate Tuesday night.
A lineup of 12 performers took the stage at the Crystal Palace, as Buck Owens took a seat for most of the night.
Several friends called in to wish Buck a happy birthday throughout the evening, including Garth Brooks and George Jones.
Buck shared the conversations with the crowd on the Palace's P.A. system.
The country music legend did take the stage with Paisley and Yokum to end the night.
A soldout crowd paid anywhere from 100 to 150 dollars to attend the party, with all the proceeds going to charity.
Lee Ann Womack was suppose to perform, but was called away due to a family emergency.
