A graduate of CSUB, she has been the weekend weather anchor at ABC23 since 1992 and can be seen Saturdays and Sundays at 6 and 11 p.m.

"Being a farmer's daughter, weather has always been important and a major interest," Victoria says. "Now I get to share this information with others."

Though she doesn't believe that she's experienced her proudest professional achievement yet, she's been through hopefully her most embarrassing. Victoria interviewed Smokey the Bear during a liveshot, but didn't realize that Smokey couldn't talk. She ended up having to answer all of her own questions.

Victoria lives with her dog, Blanche, and cites "The Little Engine That Could" as her favorite book. Among her favorite movies rank "Gone With the Wind," "The Wizard of Oz" and "It's A Wonderful Life."

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys collecting antiques, watching old movies and dancing. When she's not traveling, her top local restaurants are K.C.'s Steak House, Bill Lee's, and Mexicali.
