BAKERSFIELD -- The Kern County Sheriff's Department has found a girl missing for nearly a month, safe and sound.

Deputies found Ashley Aragon, 14, at a relatives house in East Bakersfield shortly after 9:30 p.m. on April 14.

Those relatives called police after seeing that Ashley was listed as a missing person.

Ashley was unharmed, and returned to her family.

She had been missing since March 19, when she was last seen at her parent's house in East Bakersfield.
