FARGO, North Dakota - This morning, a third grader from North Dakota is becoming an internet sensation for his weather forecasts.
Nine-year-old William Hallman has made several appearances on KVLY news in Fargo, North Dakota, to help give forecasts.
And the anchors there said he doesn't do any prep work either, he simply gets up in front of the camera and goes.
But the natural didn't always want to be a weatherman.
Hallman said after a tornado at the beginning of 2012, he went from wanting to be a doctor to aspiring to be a weatherman.
At his school, Hallmand was named student of the week and admits he got a lot more Valentines than usual this year.
