In a video that went viral, an alligator is seen swimming in a Florida man's pool.
But an animal rights group is calling party foul.
The Viral video caught the attention of the animal rights group who says letting the gator swim freely in the pool is a safety concern.
The attraction's owner has put the party on hold while a state agency investigates.
