CHICAGO - A new billboard to prevent teen pregnancy is stirring debate in Chicago.
The Chicago Department of Public Health started the campaign.
It uses photos of pregnant teen boys to show that teen pregnancy is not just a girl's responsibility.
The posters are reportedly going to be plastered on transit buses, trains and billboards.
