A seven-year-old student was suspended from school for chewing his pastry into the shape of a gun.
It all started at his elementary school when Josh, who suffers from ADHD, was nibbling on his breakfast pastry.
He was trying to bite it into the shape of a mountain, but apparently went too far and turned out looking like a gun.
When his teacher saw his strawberry tart, she wasn't happy.
His dad then got the call and was told his son also said the words, "bang bang", while holding his pastry, which constituted a threat.
The school wouldn't comment further on the situation.
