Google wifi balloons would provide internet access to all

SAN FRANCISCO - Is it a bird; is it a plane? No, it's your internet.
Google is testing what they're calling 'Project Loon.'
They're thousands of balloons, equipped with wireless technology, that fly high in the stratosphere, circulating the globe.
The idea is that thousands of the balloons in the sky would help the two-thirds of the population who don't currently have internet access.
Google also said it could be a major survival tool after natural disasters, should ground networks get knocked out.
