Pennsylvania -

A strip tease turned into a hospital trip for a Pennsylvania man at his bachelor party.

According to a lawsuit filed in state court, Patrick Gallagher needed surgery after a stripper landed on his abdomen with such force that it ruptured his bladder.

The lawsuit accuses the Penthouse Club in Port Richmond of negligence and seeks at least $50,000 for medical costs, pain, humiliation and mental anguish, The Associated Press reported.

Gallagher had bought the club's "Bachelor Package," in which the dancers bring him on stage and lie him on his back beneath the pole, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.

One dancer went up the pole above him, and "launched herself down onto his abdomen," causing the injury, attorney Neil Murray told the Daily News.

In a lot of pain, Gallagher went to the hospital the next day.

Neither the AP nor the Daily News could reach the strip club for comment.
