DELANO, Calif. - A teen says she was attacked and sexually assaulted at gunpoint as she walked to school in Delano, according to the Delano Police Department.
The incident happened Friday morning at around 7:00 a.m. behind a business in an alley way on the 800 block of Main Street in Delano.
The 13-year-old girl says a man walked up to her with a gun. He is described as:
- Hispanic male
- 20 to 30 years old
- 5 ft. 4 in., 140 lbs. with a medium build and complexion
- Wearing a black or blue baseball cap
- Grey or faded purple short sleeve shirt underneath a reddish zip-up style-long slevee top.
- Carrying a dark-colored backpack.
