BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield teen accused of shooting and killing his grandmother in a northwest neighborhood Sunday will face a judge.
Bakersfield police said 19-year-old Dylan McNabb shot and killed his 78-year-old grandmother, Imogene McNabb, inside their Mohican Drive home.
Police said the first officer on scene found Dylan McNabb walking away from the home and the woman dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
Neighbors said McNabb lived there with his grandmother, dad and brother.

23ABC interviewed the teen, but will not publish or broadcast comments of a suspect who may be mentally ill.
McNabb is facing a charge of first-degree murder and is being held without bail.
