BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A two vehicle collision occurred at Norris Road and Stockton Ave. early Friday morning, leaving one injured.

Officials have confirmed that one vehicle landed near the railroad tracks in that area, while the pickup truck involved crashed into the backyard of a home.

Witnesses reported that the one of the driver's stole a bicycle in the neighborhood and fled the scene. 

Officials said that driver was identified as Jason Hall. Hall was last seen wearing a backpack, multiple tattoos, and an arch below his collar bone.

Officials are still investigating. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Hall is asked to contact the Bakersfield Police Dept at 661-327-7111.
