BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - One person is in custody and two people are in a hospital after a shooting in Arvin.

On Sunday, officers went to the Grove Street and Hood Street area regarding shots fired.

Upon arrival, officers said they found two victims with gunshot wounds.

Both victims, 32-year-old Christopher Ulloa and 19-year-old Francisco Jesus Banos, were transported to the hospital.

Officials said the victims are in stable condition.

21-year-old Pedro Amado Sanchez Jr. was later taken into custody for his involvement in the shooting, according to officials.

This case is still under investigation.
