FRESNO, Calif. - The Theta Chi chapter President Daniel Baker appeared in court today, clearing his warrant for misdemeanor criminal hazing charges.

Baker is one of three Theta Chi students who organized a party where 18-year-old Philip Dhanens died from a hazing ritual last fall.

Baker's warrant is now cleared.  He will be in court on April 16, for his arraignment.

Leonard Serrato went to the Fresno County Jail last night and paid his bail.  He will also appear in court on April 16, for his arraignment.

The third student, Aaron Raymo, could still be arrested on hazing charges filed yesterday.  There is an outstanding warrant for his arrest, according to the Fresno County Court Administrator, Sherry Spears.
