WASCO, Calif. - Two men are behind bars following a SWAT standoff in Wasco.
Deputies said the standoff started on Sunday, Oct. 7, at a home on G Street.
Bail enforcement agents were trying to arrest 37-year-old Richard Rubio for skipping out on a court hearing.
They called Sheriff's Deputies after learning Rubio had a gun.
Rubio and another man, 46-year-old Isaac Sanchez, refused to come out and deputies surrounded the home for several hours before both men finally surrendered.
